Well head pressure and temperature sensors

Sensors can be pressure, temperature or combination sensors, with both in one housing.

Sensors are available with simple analogue sensors, for cost effective solutions on land, and precision crystal based sensors for long life no intervention sub sea work. Units for sub sea use are supplied Lloyds approved for sub sea use.

Intelligent sensor, that identifies itself to the operator on interrogation, with a portable logger. This unit is used where cable for the wellhead is not connected to a central point. This can be used where there are a large number of well heads over a wide area with no other electrical cables taken out to them.

The sensor only reads when interrogated. This allows an unskilled operator to visit each wellhead in turn and record some data from each, with the sensor identifying the well it is connected to. The operator is not making and breaking pressure connections to the well to get data, and this can be a one man job.

The CES range of well head sensors provide a flexible range of options for any well head sensing application. The basic sensor is either NPT mounted, or attached using an API flange.

The sensors can be simple devices with analogue outputs right up to processor based quartz sensor units with flush faces and MODBUS compatible signal outputs.
