Pressure and temperature calibration systems

Axon can supply calibration systems for field or manufacturing level calibration of Downhole pressure and temperature sensors.

The systems can be deadweight or electronic pressure source based, and include fully automated control and test software.

The systems have fully processor controlled air baths, pressure source and temperature recording. Complete systems can be supplied for use with memory, wireline or permanent gauges. Axon's proprietary automatic stability techniques can speed up calibration times by 400% and increase accuracy of results.

Using electronic pressure standards improves traceability and reduces the cost of regular calibration, and most significantly Axon's fully automatic systems are typically 1/2 the cost of conventional auto mass loading deadweight systems.
