Pressure test loggers

This is a PC based device which can be used to record and control a pressure test station. The main advantages are

The unit uses a pressure sensor to measure the actual pressure applied during the test. The software provided is very easy to use and records both the job details, the pressure applied throughout the test and maximum applied pressure.

The logger is housed in a welded steel enclosure, and sealed for workshop environment.

The unit provides recorded data accuracy of 0.15% FS typical, and allows detailed review of tests, so that pressures for jars firing and hydraulic activated tools can be determined easily from the recorded data with much higher accuracy than traditional circular chart recorders

The unit being PC based is easily integrated into local networks, and CIM systems such as the Axon IW system. These loggers can be upgraded to carry out either automatic control of the pressure testing process and also can be upgraded with IW software to integrate the testing process into the workshop control system.
